Quail Creek Golf and Country Club is a private member-owned Club governed by a Member-elected Board of Directors.   • Membership Types
    • Stock Membership

      Stock membership entitles the member and the immediate family all privileges of the clubhouse, dining facilities, golf course, driving range, practice putting and chipping greens, all tennis courts, the swimming pool and the right to have one vote at the annual Stockholders’ meeting. A limited number of Stock Memberships are available. Individual or Family Stock Membership is held by an individual or family purchasing the Stock Membership. This membership is transferable subject to the Club By-laws and Rules. Corporate Stock Membership is held by the corporation purchasing the stock membership and entitles one designee (officer, executive or director of the corporation) the right to have one vote at the annual Stockholders’ meeting. Designees may change one time per year without an additional transfer fee and designees are subject to approval by the Board of Directors. Multiple Corporate Stock Membership is held by the corporation purchasing the stock membership and entitles up to two designees (officers, executives or directors of the corporation) and the right to have one vote at the annual Stockholders’ meeting. Designees may change one time per year without an additional transfer fee and designees are subject to approval by the Board of Directors. Both designees are responsible for Stock dues and for the quarterly food and beverage minimum.

        

      Junior Membership

      Junior Executive Memberships are available to Junior Executives between the ages of 21 and 39 years old. This membership entitles the member and their immediate family (as outlined in the Club By-Laws) all privileges of the clubhouse, dining facilities, golf course, putting practice area, driving range, fitness center, tennis courts (3 indoor courts and 3 outdoor hard surface courts) and the swimming pool . The Junior membership will end on Junior members' 40th birthday.

        

      CLUB Membership

      Club Membership entitles the member and their immediate family all privileges of the clubhouse, tennis facilities (3 indoor, 3 outdoor hard service courts and 3 outdoor clay courts, with no fees for court time), dining facilities, fitness center, and the swimming pool facilities. Corporate Club Membership is held by the corporation purchasing the membership and entitles up to (5) five designees (officers, executives or directors from the corporation) to the privileges of Club Membership. Designees may change one time per year without an additional fee and designees are subject to approval by the Board of Directors. One initiation fee is paid for the Corporate Membership, and each corporate designee pays appropriate dues and food and beverage minimum.

  • Membership Requirements
    • All memberships are subject to the By-laws of Quail Creek Golf and Country Club as set forth by the Board of Directors including rules for transfer and resignations and golf and tennis facility rules and fees. Prospective Members may review the Club Rules and By-laws prior to application through the Office of Membership.

      All memberships provide privileges to spouse and dependent (living at home) children under the age of 24.

      All memberships are subject to the approval of the Membership Committee and the Board of Directors.

      All membership applications must be accompanied by the following:

      1. Sponsorship by a current member of the Board of Directors or a Past President,

      2. Two recommendation letters from current club members other than Board Members, and a deposit of the applicable Stock purchase price or initiation fee (including tax).

      Applications must be received by the 23rd of the month for membership consideration beginning the first of the following month.

      The names of all applicants will be posted in the Clubhouse and applications are subject to credit review. After review, the Membership Committee forwards applications of proposed members to the Board of Directors for final review and approval. Following the Board of Directors Meeting, all applicants will be notified as to their status by the Office of Membership.
